Role & responsibilities

Position : Team Member, Procurement Support Center ( Chinese Language )

Minimum Qualification: Should be expert in Mandarin Chinese Language Reading, Writing and Speaking, Graduate in Any Field ( Chinese Language preferred)

Experience: 0 to 3 Years, where he / she has Chinese Language related Expertise.

Location: Pune - Chakan

Skills Required : Good in Microsoft Office Apps, Good Communication

Work Profile ( Post our internal training ) :

1. Multilingual Support in solving Buyer and Supplier queries regarding Procurement Systems per Mail or Telephone for India as well as outside India.

2. Provide rights to the Users for different Purchasing Systems, based on the request received.

3.



Document and forward complex issues to IT Team and resolve the issues at the earliest. If needed, take the support from Support Center located at our Headquarter.

4. Maintain Quality and Standards of the Support.

5. Keep themselves up to date for the Recent Systems and deepening the expertise in the existing topics.

6. Prepare the training documents / presentations as per the requirement.

7. Registration of suppliers on B2B Platform

8. Conduct Supplier Trainings per Web Conference for the VW Group systems used by the Suppliers.
