Job Description

Clifeen LLP is a growing home cleaning services company in Bangalore. We are looking for a Home Cleaning Supervisor – Field Operations to manage our cleaning teams and ensure high-quality service at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams at customer locations.
- Ensure deep cleaning, sofa cleaning, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and other services are completed as per company standards.
- Check the quality of work before the team leaves the customer location.
- Communicate professionally with customers and handle basic customer concerns.
- Ensure cleaning staff arrive on time and follow the daily schedule.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and use of chemicals/equipment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Take before-and-after photos and submit daily job reports.
- Coordinate with the office team regarding appointments, staff allocation, and customer feedback.




- Identify opportunities for additional services and communicate them to customers professionally.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning services, facility management, or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to manage a small team effectively.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations across Bangalore.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for managing appointments and reporting.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also be considered.

Salary: ₹22,000 per month + performance incentives upto ₹60,000
