5. Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Intern assists in the planning, execution, and optimization of the company's online marketing efforts to drive growth and achieve business goals. They are expected to be hands-on across multiple digital channels and comfortable using data to measure and report on campaign performance.
6. Key Responsibilities
· Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook). Engage with the online community and assist in running basic social ad campaigns.
· Content Support:
Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog posts, website copy, and marketing collateral for digital distribution. Perform basic keyword research to inform content topics.
· Email Marketing Execution: Set up, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns and newsletters using our email service provider (ESP) under direct supervision.
· Performance Tracking & Reporting: Collect and compile data from digital channels (e.g., Google Analytics, social platforms) to generate weekly performance reports. Identify trends and basic insights.
· Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & SEM Support: Conduct introductory SEO audits, assist in managing website metadata, and support the creation of easy pay-per-click (PPC) ad copy for search campaigns.
· Administrative Tasks: Maintain digital asset libraries, ensure brand consistency across all online platforms, and manage the digital marketing calendar.
