Role Description
The Bima Sakhi Yojana role is a full-time, on-site position located in the Azamgarh division. The role involves engaging with local communities to create awareness about LIC’s insurance and financial protection products,



particularly those designed for women, families, and low-income groups. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, explaining policy features and benefits, assisting with proposal forms and documentation, and supporting policyholders throughout the policy lifecycle. The role also includes organizing and participating in outreach activities, coordinating with LIC branch staff, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and policy enrollments. The position requires consistent fieldwork, relationship-building with community stakeholders, and adherence to LIC’s service and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain insurance concepts in explicit, simple language.
- Customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities, especially in community or field-based work.
