Position: CTO/Project Manager

Experience: 12–20 Years

Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap for the FMCG business.
- Own end-to-end ERP implementation, from requirement gathering through go-live and stabilization.
- Act as the single point of contact for technology partners/vendors such as doodleblue.
- Translate business requirements across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, and Operations into technology solutions.
- Drive project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and vendor deliverables.
- Review and challenge solution architecture, integrations, customizations, and implementation approaches proposed by vendors.
- Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI, dashboards, and process digitization.
- Ensure technology governance, data security, scalability, system performance, and business continuity.

Required Skills:
- 12–20 years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience in ERP implementation and digital transformation.




- Strong project/program management and vendor management experience.
- Experience working across business functions such as Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Inventory, and Operations.
- Strong understanding of technology strategy, solution architecture, integrations, and system implementation.
- Experience in FMCG/manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to drive technology initiatives from strategy through execution and stabilization.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
