HR Intern – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and payroll-related activities.
- Support HRMS/Qandle-related data entry and employee updates.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, trackers, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and departments for required HR information.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and HR events.
- Support the HR team during audits and other administrative activities.




- Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR Manager/HR Head.

Skills & Competencies
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed BBA/BMS/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.

Learning Opportunities

The intern will gain practical exposure to Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Attendance, HRMS, Employee Engagement, Training & Development, and HR Operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
