About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident Content Creator who is comfortable in front of the camera and has hands-on experience creating engaging reels and social media content.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
- Be confident and comfortable facing the camera.
- Develop creative content strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Research current social media trends, viral formats, and trending topics.
- Plan and execute content ideas from concept to final video.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.

Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Creator, or similar role.




- Strong camera presence and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in Reels and short-form video creation.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Knowledge of basic video editing tools/apps.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
- Ability to independently develop current content ideas and strategies.
- Energetic, confident, and proactive personality.

Someone who can create, present, and strategize content—not just manage social media.
