Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for upcoming events and programs.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors, exhibitors, partners, and participants.
- Generate leads through calls, social media, email, networking, and other marketing channels.
- Promote event sponsorship packages and advertising opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, sponsors, and business partners.
- Coordinate with the creative and media teams for promotional campaigns and marketing materials.
- Assist in developing event promotions, presentations, proposals, and sponsorship decks.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed clients or participants.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, follow-ups, and sales.
- Support event registration and participant coordination.
- Attend networking events, business meetings, and promotional activities when required.
- Coordinate with the event operations team to ensure smooth execution of marketing commitments.




- Monitor competitor activities and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly marketing, lead-generation, and sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, leads, conversions, and revenue.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in event marketing, sales, media, advertising, or business development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to generate leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and English is preferred; additional languages are an advantage.
