We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will handle tele calling for loans sale and efficiently.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Educational Qualification: minimum Higher Secondary (HS / 10+2) pass from a recognized board. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Age Limit: 18 to 30 years.

Language Skills: Valuable communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English (verbal and written).

Computer Knowledge: Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling, and internet browsing) will be preferred.

Other Skills: Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to handle daily office tasks efficiently.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:



₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and performance).

Duty Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday fixed off but exceptionally on last sunday).

Additional Benefits:

Incentives based on performance. Up to 1lac

Festival bonus as per company policy.

Paid leaves and sick leaves.
