Payment Collection & Receivables Management
- Monitor customer outstanding balances and ageing reports.
- Develop and execute daily/weekly/monthly collection plans.
- Follow up with customers for due and overdue payments.
- Ensure timely collection as per agreed credit terms.
- Maintain customer-wise collection records.
Customer Coordination
- Maintain qualified relationships with customers for payment recovery.
- Communicate payment reminders through calls, emails and WhatsApp/business communication channels.
- Obtain payment commitments and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
- Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, debit notes, credit notes, delivery issues and account discrepancies.
- Resolve payment-related queries in coordination with Accounts and Sales teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
