We are looking for a Databricks & Informatica Developer with strong experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT, and enterprise data integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Databricks and Informatica, along with a valuable understanding of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and the ServiceNow data schema.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable data pipelines, integrating enterprise applications, transforming data, and supporting data flows involving ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Informatica.
- Develop data ingestion and transformation workflows using Databricks notebooks, Spark, SQL, and PySpark.
- Build and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, transformations, and data integration processes.
- Perform data extraction,



cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading across enterprise systems.
- Integrate data from ServiceNow and other enterprise applications into data platforms.
- Understand and work with the ServiceNow schema, including common enterprise service management entities and relationships.
- Work with ServiceNow data such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Configuration Item (CI), User, Group, and related records.
- Analyze source-to-target mappings and develop appropriate data transformation logic.
- Implement data quality, validation, error handling, and reconciliation mechanisms.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Databricks jobs, Spark workloads, and Informatica workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts, ServiceNow teams, data architects, and other technical stakeholders.
