Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
- Handle international voice process, telesales, and outbound calling with ease.
- Execute outbound processes efficiently, meeting targets and goals set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or related field (freshers welcome).
- Robust English language proficiency for clear communication over phone calls.
- Ability to work on night shifts from Monday to Friday (with weekends off).
- Basic computer knowledge for navigating software applications used in the role.
