Sales Executive -Experienced in Real Estate Sales
Reporting To
Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, conducting project presentations and site visits, and converting prospects into bookings. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship skills, along with a good understanding of real estate products and the local market.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
- Generate leads through various channels, including calls, references, digital platforms, walk-ins, and networking.
- Follow up with new and existing leads regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
2. Customer Handling
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences, and property needs.
- Explain project details, specifications, amenities, location advantages, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
3. Site Visits
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits.
- Conduct professional project presentations and property tours.
- Address customer queries and provide relevant information during site visits.
- Follow up with customers after every site visit.
4. Sales & Conversion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings.
- Negotiate with customers within approved company guidelines.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process.
5. Customer Follow-Up
- Maintain regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Track customer requirements and their stage in the sales process.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, proposals, bookings, and payments.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Keep updated on market trends, property prices, competitor projects, and customer preferences.
- Share market feedback and competitor information with the Sales Manager.
