Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Pre-Sales Business Analyst with 1 3 years of experience in business analysis, solution consulting, and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, understand business challenges, gather and analyze requirements, prepare solution proposals, and collaborate with internal technical teams to deliver tailored digital solutions. Exposure to AI-powered solutions will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Participate in discovery meetings, requirement discussions, and client presentations.
- Prepare solution proposals, presentations, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Coordinate with technical teams to define the most suitable solution architecture.
- Support the sales team during proposal submissions, client demos, and technical discussions.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and assist in converting opportunities into successful projects.
- Gather, analyze, validate,



and document business requirements.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for development teams.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirement clarification sessions and manage change requests.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance business analysis, documentation, and solution design.
- Create and optimize prompts for AI-assisted business workflows where applicable.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI trends, and digital transformation practices.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Solution Consulting.
