Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat for EMR/EHR systems.
- Troubleshoot issues with hospital information systems and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of errors and implement solutions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a transparent and concise manner.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and their applications in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
