Head of Business Development & Growth (D2C Marketplace) CXO Leadership Role

About the Role

We are looking for a visionary, entrepreneurial, and execution-focused business leader to join our leadership team as the Head of Business Development & Growth (CXO Level). This role will be responsible for architecting and driving the company's overall growth strategy, leading business expansion, revenue acceleration, strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, marketplace development, and commercial excellence.

As a core member of the leadership team, the incumbent will work closely with the Founders to define the company's long-term growth roadmap, build scalable business models, establish strategic alliances, expand into new markets, and create sustainable competitive advantages.

This role demands a leader who has successfully built and scaled high-growth startups, understands marketplace dynamics, and possesses the strategic vision to transform a quick-growing business into a market leader.

Key Leadership Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Business Transformation




- Develop and own the company's overall growth strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Build scalable growth engines across customer acquisition, revenue generation, marketplace expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities, adjacent revenue streams, and innovative business models.
- Drive strategic planning, annual business plans, and growth roadmaps.
- Develop expansion strategies for new cities, new customer segments, and new service categories.
- Evaluate market opportunities and prioritize investments based on business impact and ROI.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Founders on business growth, expansion, and commercial strategy.

2. Strategic Business Development & Enterprise Partnerships

Lead high-value strategic partnerships that create sustainable competitive advantage.
