Job Description (JD) – VRM, Jaipur

Location: Jaipur

Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. Agriculture preferred or any graduate
- Candidates with relevant agriculture/agri-machinery backgrounds may also be considered.

Experience:
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in the agriculture/agri-machinery industry is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and dealers.
- Support dealer management and business development.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Conduct regular field visits and generate recent sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with dealers/customers to achieve assigned sales targets.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong field orientation.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of dealer management.
- Interest in the agriculture/agri-machinery sector.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
