? About the Role

We are looking for motivated professionals with strong communication and sales skills to handle customer interactions for insurance-related products and services.

IRDA-related training will be provided
to selected candidates to help them understand insurance products and the required process. ?

? Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant insurance products

• Generate interest and qualify leads

• Present product benefits clearly and effectively

• Follow up with prospective customers

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups





• Achieve assigned performance and conversion targets

? Requirements

✅ Excellent verbal communication & interpersonal skills

✅ Good Hindi & English communication skills

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience

✅ Experience in
Telesales, Insurance or BFSI
will be an advantage

✅ Comfortable working in a WFH environment

✅ Confident in handling customer calls
