About the Role

We are looking for a Generalist Intern / Business Support Assistant who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and gain practical experience across different areas of the business.

This is a multi-functional role, where you will work with different departments and support a variety of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate should be flexible, organised, proactive, and comfortable taking on different types of tasks as business requirements evolve.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist different departments with day-to-day activities, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Support operations, marketing, administration, research, coordination, and other business functions as required.
- Maintain and update data, documents, trackers, and basic reports.




- Coordinate with internal team members and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct online research and gather relevant information for various business requirements.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity tools for research, drafting, organisation, and day-to-day work.
- Assist with miscellaneous tasks, projects, and business initiatives as assigned.
- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Learn new processes and responsibilities as required across different departments.
