Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission CNC/VMC machines at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-system issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.
- Troubleshoot CNC controllers, servo drives, spindle systems, PLCs, sensors, and related components.
- Handle machine breakdowns and provide timely technical support.
- Conduct machine alignment, geometry checks, calibration, and performance verification.
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Prepare service reports, breakdown reports, installation reports, and maintenance records.
- Support warranty claims, spare-parts identification, and replacement activities.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, production, spare-parts, and service teams for issue resolution.




- Identify recurring technical problems and perform root-cause analysis.
- Train customer operators and maintenance teams on machine operation and basic maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and service quality standards.
- Support AMC/CMC service activities and customer maintenance requirements.
