Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage overseas projects from concept to erection, commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for project execution, monitoring progress against schedules and budgets.
- Plan and execute erection activities for rolling mills, heavy equipment, capital equipment installations at client sites.
- Ensure successful site execution by coordinating mechanical engineering services including SAP implementation and MS Project management.
- Provide turnkey solutions to clients by handling all aspects of project management from planning to commissioning.
