About the Role

The Skillians is looking for a proactive, confident, and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to join our team in Gurgaon. The role involves building relationships with companies and recruiters, identifying placement opportunities, coordinating with employers, and supporting students/job seekers throughout the placement process.

The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to B2B, business development, recruitment, client coordination, or employer relations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach companies and recruiters to generate placement opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with employers and industry professionals.
- Understand company hiring requirements and coordinate suitable candidate profiles accordingly.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with recruiters and potential employer partners.
- Coordinate the complete placement process between students/job seekers and companies.
- Assist in organizing placement drives, job fairs, employer interactions, and recruitment activities.
- Guide students/job seekers regarding available career and placement opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and other recruitment activities with employers.
- Maintain accurate records of companies, recruiters, job openings, candidate details, and placement activities.
- Track placement activities and provide regular updates to the management.
- Identify current opportunities for building partnerships with companies and organizations.
- Ensure timely communication and smooth coordination between all stakeholders.
