We are looking for a IT Support Technician who can handle computer networking, laptop/desktop troubleshooting, hardware support, software installation, and basic field technical services.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of laptop and desktop repair, networking equipment, LAN setup, troubleshooting, and day-to-day IT support.

The role may involve both office-based technical work and field visits for installation, troubleshooting, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities Laptop & Desktop Repair
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues.
- Handle basic to intermediate laptop repair and troubleshooting.
- Identify problems related to RAM, SSD/HDD, battery, keyboard, display, charging, motherboard, adapters, etc.
- Perform hardware replacement and upgrades as required.
- Install and configure Windows and other required software.
- Perform OS installation, formatting, driver installation, and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot system performance, booting, connectivity, and software-related issues.




- Handle basic data backup and system setup activities.
- Identify hardware faults and provide appropriate technical solutions.

Networking Responsibilities
- Install and configure LAN networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and other networking devices.
- Handle LAN cable installation, termination, and basic testing.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Configure basic IP addresses, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and network settings.
- Identify and resolve internet/network connectivity problems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure.
- Support Wi-Fi installation and configuration.
- Perform basic network testing and troubleshooting.

Field Technical Support
- Visit customer locations for technical support when required.
- Install and configure computers, laptops, networking devices, and related equipment.
- Attend customer complaints and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide in office
