Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead our Talent and Organization analytics team. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance our clients talent management and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 7-10 data science and analytics professionals, oversee the delivery of analytical projects, and support business development initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Project Delivery:
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of analytical projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics solutions with business processes.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.

2. Solution Development:
- Develop data-driven solutions and insights to support areas like Talent Analytics, Change management, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, Org structuring, Skill Analytics etc.
- Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to address key talent and organizational challenges.
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

3.Business Development Support:
- Partner with sales and business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging analytics to drive organizational improvements and growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
- Develop and present reports and dashboards to senior management.

4. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends
