Marketing Intern – Social Media Content & Management

Work Mode: Hybrid

Working Days: 5 days a week

Stipend: ₹5,000 - 10000 per month

Laptop: Own laptop required

Video Meetings: Comfortable participating in regular online meetings

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Marketing Intern to support our social media content creation and management. The ideal candidate is someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating engaging content, and wants hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Assist in developing social media content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Write captions, social media copy, hooks, and short-form content.
- Create and coordinate Reels, posts, stories, carousels, videos, and other visual content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, formats, sounds, and content ideas relevant to the brand.
- Schedule and publish social media posts consistently.
- Monitor comments, messages,



mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers, and content performance.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure timely content delivery.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred / Added Advantages
- Experience managing a personal, college, freelance, creator, or business social media account.
- Previous internship or project experience in marketing or social media.
- A portfolio of Reels, posts, designs, videos, blogs, or other content.
- Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or analytics platforms.
- Basic photography or video-shooting skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, paid social media, or digital adver
