Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE) – Enterprise Sales
to join our sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience in
B2B/Enterprise Sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and business development
.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential enterprise clients, generating qualified leads, conducting sales conversations, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential
enterprise/B2B clients
through multiple channels.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant products/services.
- Conduct prospecting, cold calling, follow-ups, and sales meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and execution.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closure of deals.

Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in
B2B Sales / Enterprise Sales / Corporate Sales / SaaS Sales / Inside Sales

- Strong lead-generation and prospecting skills.
- Good understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and sales opportunities.
- Experience working with CRM tools is preferred.
