Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers.
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor material usage and maintain site material records.
- Assist in quality control and ensure that the work meets the required standards and tolerances.
- Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, labor reports, and material receipts.
- Coordinate with other departments such as Planning, Procurement, and Quality Assurance.
- Enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
- Report site issues or discrepancies and suggest practical solutions.
- Attend site meetings and assist in preparing status updates.
3. Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Experience:2 - 3 years of experience in construction site execution.
4. Required Skills
- Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with site measurement and surveying tools.
- Strong observation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in office, including remote locations if required.
5. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods on construction sites.
- Physically fit to inspect works, climb scaffolding or ladders if necessary.
- Willing to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
