Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Executive to own both digital/online and offline marketing initiatives. The primary goal is to generate high-quality leads, expand into current markets, build strong brand visibility, and create a consistent pipeline of new opportunities. This is a performance-linked role where success will be measured by tangible growth in leads, opportunities,



and brand presence among key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and new opportunity creation.
- Drive new market expansion (including PSU, government, and international segments) through targeted outreach and campaigns.
- Manage SEO, content writing, blog management, and backlink building to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Create and manage content across platforms (website, LinkedIn, blogs, emailers, etc.) that positions Confiex as a thought leader.
- Maintain and grow presence on review and listing platforms such as G2, Capterra, and other relevant directories.
- Manage and optimize presence on GEM Marketplace for government and PSU opportunities.
- Organize and promote webinars, round tables, industry events, and collaborative initiatives to increase brand visibility.
