Employment Type: 6-Month Contract *(High performance converts to an Extension or Full-time)*

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 / month fixed + additional performance-based incentive

What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Conduct High-Impact Candidate Screenings: Lead intro & evaluation calls with candidates to assess their technical/non-technical fit against client company requirements.




- Deep-Dive Role Research: Research client roles upfront so you can lead engage-and-answer discussions and guide candidates authoritatively through the process.
- Capture Rigorous Data & Evaluation: Collect comprehensive candidate insights covering structured rubric points to ensure candidates meet client interview standards.
- Manage Candidate Experience & Feedback: Own candidate communication from end to end, managing feedback loops, status updates, and handoffs to Account Managers.
- Master Talent Operations Tools: Leverage contemporary recruiting and operational software (Airtable, Slack, CRM tools) to deliver accurate reporting and maintain high quality standards.
