*Role Overview*

We are looking for a driven and experienced Team Lead Sales & Business Development to anchor our Pune operations. The incumbent will lead a team of sales executives, drive revenue targets, build client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of our real estate portfolio business in the Pune region.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Team Leadership & Management*
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–8 Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance assessments, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Ensure onboarding and ongoing training of current team members on products, processes, and sales methodology.

*Sales & Business Development*




- Drive primary and secondary real estate sales across residential and commercial segments.
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies for the Pune market.
- Generate and manage leads through channel partners, broker networks, direct clients, and digital campaigns.
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets consistently.
- Conduct site visits, client presentations, and property walkthroughs.

*Client Relationship Management*
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Handle escalations, negotiate deal closures, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients through the full investment lifecycle.

*Reporting & Coordination*
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly/monthly sales MIS reports to Branch Manager.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth deal processi
