The role will primarily focus on data management, MSME learner engagement, participant follow-ups, and course completion and retention, while supporting day-to-day program coordination and execution. Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end MSME learner engagement and follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to drive participation, retention, and course completion.
- Support learners with basic LMS queries, session coordination, feedback collection, and other day-to-day support needs , while flagging any engagement challenges to the team.
- Keep learner data and trackers updated , including onboarding, attendance, engagement, course progress, and completion.
- Review learner data to spot gaps and follow up with learners , helping the team improve engagement and course completion.

Skills - Qualifications and Experience

Technical skills




- Pursuing Graduation/Graduate or above ; graduates and freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is preferred.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and online/digital platforms .
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi. A plus to know Marathi, Kannada or Telugu.

Managing skills
- Friendly and comfortable speaking with and supporting learners .
- Resilient, patient, approachable, and willing to follow up with learners regularly .
- Good at keeping basic data and trackers updated .
- Organised and able to manage day-to-day tasks.
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and work as part of a team .

Stipend Amount - Rs. 10,000
