Job Description : Brand Content and Communications manager.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Content & Communications Manager with 5 to 7 years of proven track record in driving brand narrative, external & internal communications, and integrated content strategy.

In this role, you will be the custodian of our brand voice. You will craft high-impact multi-channel content, manage public relations, lead narrative-driven campaigns, and ensure high brand recall across digital, media, and corporate platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Narrative
- Brand Voice & Positioning: Define, enforce, and evolve the brands voice, messaging framework, and storytelling guidelines across all customer and corporate touchpoints.
- Integrated Content Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive content calendars covering social media, blogs, thought leadership, whitepapers, and newsletter campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Lead 360-degree brand campaigns from strategy and conceptualization through execution, agency coordination, and performance tracking.

Corporate Communications & PR
- Media & PR Management: Draft press releases, handle media queries, pitch stories, and cultivate relationships with journalists, trade publications, and media houses.
- Executive Thought Leadership: Draft compelling opinion pieces, keynotes, LinkedIn posts, and interview talking points for senior executive leaders.
- Crisis Communications: Assist in developing crisis response protocols and manage communications to safeguard brand reputation during sensitive scenarios.

3. Content Creation & Stakeholder Management
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Design, Product, Performance Marketing, Business and HR teams to deliver cohesive storytelling across product launches, employer branding, and customer marketing.
