Operations Head
to oversee and improve the day-to-day operations of the organisation. The role requires a robust
people leader
who can take ownership, drive accountability, solve problems, and ensure that teams and processes operate efficiently.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking decisions, managing people, identifying operational gaps, and implementing practical solutions without requiring constant supervision.
We are looking for a leader, not someone who needs to be micromanaged.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organisation and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, manage, and coordinate teams to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Set clear expectations, allocate responsibilities,



and ensure accountability within the team.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and improve operational processes, systems, and workflows.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure tasks and projects are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with management and different departments to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Conduct regular team reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Support employee development, training, and performance improvement.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, discipline, and collaboration.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports, MIS, trackers, and performance updates for management.
- Monitor important KPIs and take corrective action wherever required.
