What would you do- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HTML Developer / Technical Lead with strong experience in CRM campaign execution and marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Campaign Standard, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools. The ideal candidate will combine advanced front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with deep understanding of CRM workflows, dynamic content, and personalized email experiences.You will lead the technical implementation of CRM campaigns, ensure code quality and deliverability, and collaborate closely with marketing, design, and data teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

or a related field (or equivalent experience).Required Skills:- Experience in front-end or email development within a CRM or marketing automation environment.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (including responsive and modular email coding).

- Experience with personalization, dynamic content, and data-driven email logic.
- Understanding of email deliverability best practices and QA testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and data integrations within CRM ecosystems.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
