Growth Product Manager / Product Manager (
Agentic AI & Client Retention)

About the role

You will take ownership of a product that drives how we communicate with our clients throughout their journey. Working closely with our engineering, voice-AI, and content teams, you will define what to build across voice AI, messaging, and retention, and guide it through to delivery. This is a product leadership role rather than a hands-on engineering one: your focus is determining what is worth building and ensuring the right teams deliver it effectively.

What you will own:
- Client communication and retention
- proactive SMS, email, and voice touchpoints that keep clients engaged and supported across long case timelines.
- Conversational AI agents
- intake, follow-up, support, and status bots, developing toward a single connected system.
- Product roadmap
- shaping direction, prioritising the pipeline, and maintaining momentum across the area.
- Business impact
- ensuring that what we ship delivers real value for clients and the team, not simply that it is delivered.

Responsibilities:




- Own a communication / retention product area end to end - from defining the concept to shipping and measuring whether it reduces client drop-off and improves the client experience.
- Set the roadmap and priorities across SMS, email, and voice, and break ambiguous goals into explicit specs, tickets, and sequenced delivery.
- Drive delivery through the teams who build - engineering, voice-AI, and content - holding the outcome even where you are not executing the work yourself (for example, ensuring a remarketing flow or support-bot experience is actually completed and launched).
- Validate that what ships solves the real business problem rather than stopping at “built,” and feed those findings back into the roadmap.
- Decide what to build with conversational AI - where an intake, follow-up, or status agent adds value - and specify it clearly for the teams implementing it.
