About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Inventory Executive to support our commercial leasing team. The role involves speaking with property owners, confirming available office spaces, updating the property database and sharing suitable options with our front-end team.

This is a backend coordination role. It does not involve client calling or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Call property owners to check and confirm available office spaces.
- Collect basic property details such as area, rent, location, furnishing and availability.
- Update property information in Excel and the company database.
- Collect property photos, floor plans and other details from owners.
- Prepare simple property proposals and comparison sheets.
- Share suitable property options with the front-end leasing team.
- Regularly follow up with owners and keep inventory updated.
- Support the team with basic backend coordination and reporting.

Who Can Apply?
- Graduate in any field.




- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, email and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable speaking with property owners over the phone.
- Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
- Real estate experience is helpful but not compulsory.
- Training and guidance will be provided.

Working Details
- Work location: Viman Nagar, Pune
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
