We are seeking a UKG Pro HCM Configuration Specialist with experience in configuring and supporting UKG Pro HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Voice, and HRSD modules, along with strong testing and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support configuration workshops and document design decisions, requirements, and configuration outcomes.
- Configure and support the following UKG Pro HCM modules:
- Talent Acquisition / Recruiting
- Onboarding
- Performance Management
- Employee Voice
- HRSD, including Document Manager and People Assist
- Execute system configuration based on approved business requirements and design specifications.
- Coordinate with other members of the HCM workstream to support configuration, development, and system build activities.
- Develop and define testing scenarios across the supported UKG Pro modules.
- Create detailed test scripts and test cases based on business requirements and configuration.
- Prepare and stage required test data for system testing.
- Execute functional testing and UAT and identify configuration or system issues.
- Document testing results, defects, resolutions, and final outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project team members to ensure successful implementation and configuration of HCM solutions.
- Maintain explicit and accurate configuration and testing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with UKG Pro HCM.
- Strong experience in UKG Pro configuration.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance Management modules.
- Knowledge of Employee Voice and UKG Pro HRSD, including Document Manager and People Assist.
- Experience creating test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
- Strong UAT and functional testing experience.
- Excellent documentation and communication skil
