Job Summary

TCS is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Payroll & Benefits Techno-Functional Consultant with 7-12 years of expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, Payroll, and Benefits modules. The candidate will be responsible for configuration, customization, integrations, support, and enhancement of Oracle EBS HRMS solutions, ensuring seamless payroll and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS HRMS, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
- Gather business requirements and convert them into functional and technical solutions.




- Configure payroll elements, earnings, deductions, benefits plans, and eligibility profiles.
- Develop and support Rapid Formula, Payroll APIs, PL/SQL packages, reports, and interfaces.
- Work on payroll processing, payroll balances, period-end activities, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Design and support inbound/outbound integrations with third-party payroll and HR systems.
- Create MD50, MD70, functional specifications, test cases, and user documentation.
- Conduct SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
