Your Tasks
- Required 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Training Services, EdTech, Certification, or L&D; solutions.
- Generate new business opportunities within the Medical & MedTech sector.
- Conduct customer meetings (virtual and field visits) to understand training and compliance requirements.
- Drive lead generation through networking, outreach, and client engagement.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships.
- Recommend tailored training and certification solutions using a consultative sales approach.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM updates and sales reports.




- Coordinate with internal and external experts to deliver customer-focused training programs.
- Monitor industry trends and support portfolio development.

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in client relationship management and consultative selling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM and SAP knowledge is an advantage.
