Job Summary

We are looking for responsible, organized and proactive professionals to join our School Transport Team as School Transport Executive / School Transport Associate.

The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day school transportation operations, ensuring the protected, timely and smooth transportation of students. The role involves coordination with bus drivers, attendants, parents, students, school staff and transport vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the daily operations of school transportation.




- Coordinate with bus drivers and bus attendants regarding routes, timings and student pickup/drop details.
- Monitor school bus arrival and departure timings and identify delays or route-related issues.
- Assist in managing student transportation routes, pickup/drop points and bus-wise student allocations.
- Maintain accurate records of students, routes, buses, drivers and attendants.
- Handle and respond to routine parent queries related to bus routes, timings, pickup/drop points and transport services.
- Communicate route, timing or operational changes to parents, drivers, attendants and concerned school staff.
- Track and report delays, absences, route deviations, breakdowns and other transport-related issues.
- Ensure students board and alight from buses safely and follow school transportation protocols.
