Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced
Account Manager
with 5+ years of experience, preferably someone who has
previously managed the Mphasis account
and has a strong understanding of the client, stakeholders, business environment, and engagement landscape.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving account growth, managing ongoing engagements, and identifying new business opportunities within the Mphasis account.

?Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the overall
Mphasis account
, including client relationships, business development, and account strategy.
- Leverage existing knowledge and relationships within Mphasis to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
- Understand client priorities, challenges,



and upcoming initiatives to identify opportunities.
- Drive account growth through cross-selling, up-selling, and new engagement opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, proposals, commercial discussions, and deal closures.
- Coordinate with delivery, presales, technology, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution.
- Monitor client satisfaction, resolve escalations, and ensure long-term account retention.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.
- Track revenue, margins, pipeline, and overall account performance.
- Stay informed about Mphasis' business strategy, technology initiatives, and market direction.

✅Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience
in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development.
- Prior experience managing the Mphasis account is highly preferred/mandatory.
