Position: GSA / Sr. GSA – F&B; Service
Department: Food & Beverage Service

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and personalized service to guests in accordance with 5-star hotel standards.
- Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene, and professional conduct.
- Ensure proper table setup, restaurant cleanliness, and service readiness.
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen, Stewarding, Front Office, and other departments.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards, and service procedures.
- Assist in maintaining smooth and efficient daily restaurant operations.
- For Sr. GSA, guide and support junior team members and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.

Candidate Requirements
- 5-star hotel experience is mandatory.




- International hotel brand experience is mandatory.
- Previous experience in F&B; Service is required.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest-handling and customer-service skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and qualified personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of POS and hotel operating systems.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service procedures.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Good English communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
