About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate will assist in accounting entries, invoice processing, bank and ledger reconciliation, GST/TDS-related activities, and other routine finance operations.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good working knowledge of accounting software, and robust attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings.
- Maintain and update books of accounts accurately.
- Assist in preparing and reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, debit notes, and credit notes.




- Verify purchase bills, expense vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST and TDS calculations and compliance-related activities.
- Follow up on customer collections and support vendor payment processing.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
- Assist in preparing basic MIS and management reports.
- Support inventory-related accounting entries and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining fixed asset records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for bills, invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.
- Assist senior team members during audits and statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and company policies.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
