Microsoft Ads / PPC Specialist – U.S. Lead Generation About the Role

We are a U.S.-based automotive parts company specializing in used engines, transmissions, transfer cases, and other replacement auto parts.

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Ads / PPC Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns targeting customers in the United States.

This is a hands-on performance marketing position, with Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) and lead generation as the primary responsibility. The ideal candidate should also have practical knowledge of website design, landing-page optimization, SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities – Microsoft Ads / PPC
- Set up, manage, and optimize Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) Search campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
- Conduct keyword research for used engines, used transmissions, and automotive replacement parts.
- Build high-intent campaigns based on search intent.
- Create, test, and optimize Microsoft Ads.
- Research and continuously optimize negative keywords.




- Monitor search terms and eliminate irrelevant or low-quality traffic.
- Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, ads, locations, devices, and audiences.
- Select the most relevant landing page for each campaign/ad group.
- Set up, verify, and troubleshoot Microsoft UET.
- Configure and monitor Microsoft Ads conversion tracking.
- Track quote-form submissions, phone calls, SMS clicks, and other lead actions.
- Understand and preserve UTM and MSCLKID attribution.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CPL, search terms, impression share, and lead quality.
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost per qualified lead.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular performance reports.
- Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages and conversion rates.
