Role Description
The Pre-Sales Executive – Cloud Solutions is a full-time, on-site role based in Sarita Vihar. This position involves working closely with the sales team to identify client needs, qualify opportunities, and propose suitable cloud, connectivity, and telephony solutions from World Phone’s portfolio. The role includes preparing and delivering technical presentations, solution briefs, and demos, as well as responding to RFPs and RFQs with tailored solution designs and transparent commercial justifications.



The Pre-Sales Executive collaborates with technical and operations teams to create accurate configurations, estimates, and implementation plans, ensuring feasibility and alignment with customer requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies and telecom services, supporting sales meetings, and documenting client interactions and solutions in CRM or internal systems.

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cloud services, hosted voice, and networking concepts, with the ability to translate technical features into business value.
- Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales within ISP, telecom, cloud, or enterprise IT environments.
- Ability to conduct needs analysis, design solution architectures, and prepare proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
