Job Summary

B.O.D. Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Recruitment Department. The Recruiter is a key member of the sourcing team, responsible for identifying, vetting, and placing high-quality candidates with our insurance agency clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, sound judgment in candidate evaluation, and the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Position Overview

The Recruiter plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly across the hiring and client processes. In this role, the Recruiter will handle a variety of tasks, support day-to-day operations, and help manage both candidate and client activities. He/she will also build strong, positive relationships with everyone involved, from teammates to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Management
- Receive and review new candidate requirements assigned by the Recruiting Manager.




- Review the agent's account and research the agent's website to gain deeper insight into their agency and needs.
- Source and share suitable candidate profiles with the agent within the required 48-hour window.

Candidate Sourcing
- Identify candidates through multiple channels: the existing candidate pool, Indeed applications, LinkedIn candidate referrals, and the Salesforce database.
- Vet and shortlist candidates according to role type (Sales, Service, or Hybrid) and the specific requirements of the agent.
- Screen resumes for employment stability, language skills, and prior insurance experience.

Candidate Vetting & Intake
- Conduct thorough candidate intakes. Ask targeted role-specific vetting questions.

Minimum Requirements
- Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred; insurance industry experience is a plus.
