What project we have for you

We re looking for a Talent Delivery Manager to lead IT recruitment delivery for our business in India. This is the senior recruitment role in the country. You ll own hiring delivery end to end, from requisition through offer, and be the key point of accountability for how we build technical talent pipelines across our client accounts.

You ll build and lead the recruitment function locally,



working closely with account and delivery leadership to translate hiring plans into results. We re looking for someone with a strong track record in IT recruitment at scale, who can operate independently, build a team from where it stands today, and take real ownership of recruitment outcomes for the country.

What you will do
- Own and drive end-to-end talent delivery for all assigned roles in line with workforce and business plans.
- Design, adapt, and continuously improve recruitment processes in compliance with India labor law and local market regulations.
- Lead and develop the local Talent Delivery team, providing coaching, performance management, and qualified growth support.
- Ensure timely and high-quality hiring outcomes, meeting SLAs, KPIs, and business expectations.
- Act as a strategic partner to Delivery, Engineering, and Business stakeholders, aligning hiring priorities and forecasts.
