Professional Summary

Responsible for end-to-end sales and business development, including client acquisition, lead generation, sales strategy, order execution, client relationship management, and team coordination. Focused on achieving sales targets, streamlining sales operations, coordinating with internal teams and factories, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business development, recent client acquisition, and sales target achievement.
- Develop and implement end-to-end sales strategies to ensure smooth sales execution.
- Generate leads through cold calling, client meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking.
- Manage order opening, pricing, cataloging, quotations, and order execution.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and provide project updates to management.
- Supervise backend sales operations and ensure timely order processing.




- Coordinate with Logistics and Shipping Teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Manage client communication and after-sales services to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with Sales, Factory, Designing, and Graphics Teams for seamless execution.
- Prepare client presentations and marketing materials in coordination with the Graphics Team.
- Act as the single point of contact between the Sales Team and Factories.
- Lead the sales team through coaching, mentoring, and sales/system training.
- Ensure effective cross-functional coordination to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
