Job Description: Associate Officer - Process & Quality Control

Role Objective
To ensure effective and smooth running of VRM through CCR Operations and implementation of quality systems, testing, and compliance with statutory as well as organizational requirements (NABL, BIS, IMS). The role will drive continuous improvement in cement grinding process quality and process efficiency while supporting internal & external audits.

Key Responsibilities

1).Process Operations
CCR Operations Monitoring
VRM Functioning
Quality & Process Control
Monitor and control raw material, in-process, and finished product quality parameters.
Conduct cement testing as per IS/BIS standards to ensure product consistency.
Analyze process deviations and initiate corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

2).Compliance & Certifications
Ensure compliance with BIS, NABL norms and manage related documentation.
Prepare and submit BIS license test reports, NABL test reports, and maintain related records.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies during inspections, renewals, and assessments.





3).Laboratory Management
Supervise lab testing equipment, calibration, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of test results.
Implement best practices in laboratory safety and quality systems.

Key Skills & Competencies
Able to manage Shift Operations individually.
Good Command over CCR Operations and VRM Functioning.
Strong knowledge of cement testing, BIS norms, NABL standards, IMS documentation & audits.
Positive understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and integrated management systems.

Qualifications & Experience
Education:M.Sc. (Chemistry) /B.Tech in Cement Technology/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in cement industry process management & quality control.
Hands-on experience in CCR Operations, VRM Operations, NABL, BIS audits, IMS documentation, and cement lab testing is mandatory.
