About Kreedum

Kreedum International is expanding into a new Construction & Structural Works vertical in Lucknow.

Our initial focus will be on custom MS structures, commercial/institutional structures, canopies, sheds, mezzanine floors, sports structures and related construction works, with plans to gradually expand into larger structural and PEB projects.

We are looking for a practical engineer who wants to help build this new vertical from the ground up, working directly with management.

Role

The role combines Design + Estimation + Costing + Technical Pre-Sales.

You will convert a client's requirement into:

Site measurement → 2D/3D design → BOQ/BOM → Material quantities → Current market rates → Vendor quotations → Project costing → Client quotation

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
- Prepare 3D models/concepts using Tekla Structures or Revit.




- Conduct site measurements and understand project requirements.
- Prepare BOQ/BOM and quantity take-offs.
- Estimate MS steel, roofing, hardware, paint, labour and other project materials.
- Collect and maintain current market rates from suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain and compare fabrication/vendor quotations.
- Prepare detailed project cost sheets and client quotations.
- Coordinate with fabricators, suppliers and external structural consultants.
- Support technical requirements during project execution after order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate estimation, vendor-rate and quotation records.

Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years relevant practical experience.
- AutoCAD – mandatory.
- Tekla Structures OR Revit – mandatory.
- MS Excel – mandatory.
- Practical experience in BOQ, estimation and rate analysis.
